Michael Allen

I am a filmmaker and writer with a passion for telling stories that connect with audiences on both emotional and visual levels. I’ve written more than 20 screenplays, including five originals of my own that range from comedy and drama to psychological thrillers. My current work includes developing a series for a client as well as producing a promotional short to generate producer interest. For this project, I am responsible for every stage of production: writing, filming, directing, editing, and producing. This hands-on approach has allowed me to understand how each creative decision impacts the final product, and it gives me the ability to translate ideas seamlessly from page to screen. Beyond screenwriting and production, I enjoy building projects that showcase versatility and creativity, whether the goal is to inspire, entertain, or challenge audiences to see the world from a new perspective. My experience spans independent projects, collaborative work with clients, and the ongoing pursuit of original stories that highlight the human experience in all its complexity. What drives me most is the process of shaping ideas into complete films, where words, images, and performances come together to create something memorable.
