Ayesha

I manage and grow YouTube channels for U.S. audiences, from the initial content idea and research to scripting, editing, thumbnails, SEO, and publishing. I have 4+ years of YouTube experience, with a strong focus on hooks, retention, packaging, visual storytelling, and understanding what makes people click and keep watching. The best format for a video usually already exists somewhere else. Finding the underlying pattern, understanding why it works, adapting it to the audience, and turning it into original content is most of the job. The same goes for packaging, a strong video still needs the right title, thumbnail, and positioning to get people to watch it in the first place. I’ve worked on hundreds of videos and managed multiple YouTube channels from end to end, while also working with editors, designers, and other creatives to keep the entire content process moving. This profile is only a selection of my work. I’ve been working in YouTube for several years and have worked across a wide range of channels and niches, so I’ve focused on showcasing a representative sample rather than trying to document every project I’ve worked on.
