We’re two brothers who have spent the last 10 years living and breathing YouTube — building, operating, and managing multiple Minecraft, Roblox, and Fortnite channels that have reached millions of subscribers and hundreds of millions of views worldwide. Through our company, Powerhouse Management, we lead a dedicated team of editors, thumbnail artists, and channel managers, all focused on one goal: helping creators grow, optimize, and sustain successful gaming channels. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with some of the biggest names in the Minecraft community, developing production pipelines that keep content consistent, engaging, and true to each creator’s voice. We’re deeply familiar with the full YouTube ecosystem — from editing and storytelling structure to analytics, audience retention, and publishing strategy. We also embrace innovation, integrating AI tools like ChatGPT and Veo 3 into our workflows to streamline production and spark new creative directions. With backgrounds in Finance and Engineering, we bring both analytical precision and technical problem-solving to every project. Our combined experience in team leadership and channel operations allows us to deliver high-quality content at scale — always on time, always with care.
