We let him go wild and do whatever he thought looked best. He had his own super cool ideas and listened to our direction extremely well! Super flexible and creative. Amazing editor!

Al is extremely understanding and a hard worker. He is very communicative and gives updates all the time about where he is in the process of editing and finalizing videos. He gives helpful constructive criticism and loves to brainstorm ways to improve the content. I would highly recommend him!
