I am Md. Shadman Shakib Alvy. I am an Animator/Motion artist and currently working as an Animator at 10 Minute School. Now, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a self-motivated and hard-working person. I am always eager to improve my skills by learning new things whenever the opportunity arises. Now let me tell you a bit about my journey so far. So, in 2014, I started working as a freelancer on oDesk. – oDesk is a marketplace for freelancers. The Elance-oDesk combination was renamed Upwork in 2015. Upwork is now the world’s largest freelancer marketplace. – At that time, Upwork has decided to not approve the profile for new Bangladeshi freelancers because Upwork doesn’t want Bangladeshi. – At that time I did not have much knowledge about freelancing. – After 5 or 6 years, I made a fresh account and started working on Upwork. And Alhamdulillah, I got a Rising Talent badge on Upwork. – Beside that, in 2017 I created an account on the Fiverr marketplace. I got my first order that year, after that I got my second order in 2019 and then I got my third order in 2020. Seeing that I was not getting orders, I tried not to give up hope, and Alhamdulillah I have been doing regular work since 2020 till now. While working at one stage, I got the title of Level One Seller on the Fiverr marketplace. I complete 79 orders and I worked with 17 countries’ clients on Fiverr.
