About
I’m Felipe Dominguez, a video editor with over five years of experience, driven by a deep passion for audiovisual storytelling and visual narrative. My work is primarily focused on content creators, especially within pop culture, gaming, and dynamic digital formats, where rhythm, atmosphere, and storytelling play a central role. I run a personal YouTube channel dedicated to pop culture, producing gameplays, video essays, character analyses, and thematic video clips. Alongside my personal projects, I gained professional experience editing short-form and institutional content while working as a junior apprentice at NEAM, an organization affiliated with PUC-Rio, one of the largest and most prestigious universities in Brazil and Latin America. I work mainly with HitFilm Express and DaVinci Resolve, specializing in rhythmic and narrative-driven editing, with strong attention to sound design and aesthetic cohesion. I am currently pursuing a B.A. in Art History at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), also recognized as one of the largest and most important universities in Brazil and Latin America. My academic background enriches my editing practice by strengthening my visual literacy, critical thinking, and understanding of images as cultural and narrative constructions, allowing me to create more intentional, expressive, and engaging videos.
