Rares Rusu

I’m a Software Developer Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience, driven by logic, structure, and problem-solving. Over the past almost two years, in my free time, I’ve expanded my creative side by editing YouTube Shorts and videos using DaVinci Resolve Studio, turning ideas into visually engaging stories. I’m deeply passionate about video editing, visuals, and color grading—shaping mood, matching music to beats, and creating a strong emotional connection for the viewer. For me, editing is more than cutting clips together; it’s about rhythm, flow, and storytelling through visuals and sound. Alongside video editing, I’m also a passionate photographer and work extensively in Photoshop. This background has given me a clean, detail-oriented eye, allowing me to fine-tune compositions, colors, and small visual elements that elevate the final result. Combining my technical mindset with creative vision, I focus on delivering polished, meaningful, and visually compelling content.
