I’m Patrick Rippman, a filmmaker, cinematographer, director, and video editor based in Atlanta, GA, with over 15 years of professional experience and 8 years of formal film education, graduating with a B.F.A. in Film & Television in 2012. Over the course of my career, I’ve led hundreds of productions end to end—from concept through final cut, from directing and filming to editing, effects, sound, and color grading. With a portfolio spanning documentaries, branded marketing, music videos, events, and narrative work — I've developed a proven skillset for shaping the most engaging narrative from raw footage, balancing cinematic pacing with refined structure, to deliver the most impactful edit. As the founder of Outer Frame Productions (formerly Bootleg Productions), I collaborate with brands, organizations, and individuals to deliver content — from short-form digital campaigns to longer narrative pieces. Previously, managing the video marketing at Peacock Automotive then Diablo/Freud Tools, I produced over a decade of polished videos spanning promotional, branded, educational, event coverage, short-form social and marketing content for multiple clients, NPOs, agencies, and industries. I’m skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Cinema 4D, with expertise in video sound design, motion graphics , VFX, and 3D.
