Retained source review
Scary is dedicated, will work hard, and communicate better than a lot of other editors out there. If there's something he can't get done, he will let you know in advance and not keep you waiting which is better than 99% of editors. He is very proficient with sound effects, text captions, and how to edit with quick pacing!
