Dave Mares

Hello, I'm Dave, a 28-year-old video editor based in New Mexico. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Digital Filmmaking from New Mexico State University and have been working as a full-time video editor since 2018. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with creators such as the Merrell Twins, Pierson Wodzynski, Kian Lawley, Ninja Kids TV, Gabriel Conte, Kristen McAtee, Strawberry Park, and many others. My expertise lies in transforming raw footage into engaging, polished YouTube content, complete with seamless edits, graphics, sound design, color correction, and more. I am committed to delivering high-quality videos on time, while ensuring my clients are completely satisfied with the final result. I’m always open to revisions and work closely with creators and their teams to ensure the content meets their vision. In addition to working on long-form content, I also specialize in creating short-form videos. I create engaging clips from longer videos, tailored for creators to share across their social media platforms, helping to boost engagement and reach. I’m eager to continue partnering with creators to produce fun, entertaining, and impactful videos for YouTube. (My portfolio showcases 15 of my favorite videos I have edited.)
