David Elliott

In addition to my YouTube work, I've been a professional freelance comedy writer for around two decades, and have a wide variety of experience writing for page, stage, web, and broadcast. This includes comedy sketches and one-liners for national radio, a wide variety of scripts for podcasts, YouTube videos, and live performance, blogs, articles, and jokes for social media, and topical comedy prep for many different radio/TV presenters and comedians. As a speechwriter, I've written for over a thousand clients, from Best Men, to CEOs, to high profile TV celebrities; creating funny, engaging material for performers and non-performers alike. My conceptual humour articles are regularly published by a variety of satirical websites in the USA, and my comic short fiction has appeared in many magazines and anthologies over the last decade, both in the UK and US.
