I help youtube channels create true crime, documentary and bodycam style content that holds attention without relying on cheap shock tactics. Over the last 5+ years, I've worked as both a video editor and senior editor across five youtube channels, building editing style, maintaining editorial quality and consistency at scale. Beyond editing, I spent one years leading quality control and training editors across those channels. What that looked like: ✅️ Built the editing style and visual identity for true crime channels from their earliest uploads. ✅️ Created editorial SOPs and training systems used by junior editors across multiple channels. ✅️ Reviewed and signed off on 50+ long-form episodes for pacing, storytelling, visual quality, and factual accuracy. ✅️ Trained editors and maintained consistency across multiple channel brand. I don't edit on guesswork alone. I study audience retention data and viewer behavior to understand where attention actually drops. If you're looking for an editor who understands both the creative side of storytelling and the systems required to keep a channel consistent, let's talk.
