Knows what brings in results, and how to separate content your personal feelings vs what actually works. Can be pushy but got me from 28K to 100K subs in under a year.

Greyson's knowledge of content comes from an innate understanding of the psychology of why people engage with it. His brain is like an exhaustive list of factoids on the ways in which people consume media. Can't recommend his expertise enough.

Vexian is one of the sharpest guys I know and has a vast array of YouTube knowledge. Just speaking to him after an hour I hired him on the spot. Working with him has been pleasure as he's consistently gives solid advice that will level up any creator. He's ambitious, highly intelligent, and charismatic at the same time. It was a surprise to me that he wasn't fully booked as someone of his caliber

Working with Vexian has been one of the most enlightening experiences as a YouTuber. He truly has the knowledge to make any niche or market produce consistent views. My main market is Siege, and even during dying seasons he manages to advise some of the highest CTR and long-term performing videos on my channel.
