Matt is a life saver. For 2 years Matt has been managing our team of editors, including reviewing submitted videos and distributing footage. He's also been creating thumbnails, uploading videos according to a set schedule, and improving our video production pipeline. He's a trailblazer, organized, on time, and knows YouTube inside and out. I couldn't recommend him more, he has been a game changer.

Every single video we've done together Matt has overdelivered. He follows orders and sticks to the original vision of the script/idea while also being diligent about deadlines. Matt is a godsend for anyone trying to actually build a team. Cheers.
