I am a graduate with a Degree in Tourism Management and had multiple sideline jobs that cater to editing videos, scriptwriting, and more. I am currently working in the BPO industry in a campaign which handled healthcare professionals for over 7 months now and has been privileged to be upscaled from Tier 1 Chat Support to Tier 1 Payments Support. With this, I can for sure tell you that I am a determined individual with proof that I can cope with challenges and am hard-working to reach the client's expectations. During the course of my college years, I had been part of a school's publishing group as the Senior Literary Editor and had managed to lead and grow at the same time while being part of the school's roster of departmental governors.
