Yan Madrigal

I am a graduate with a Degree in Tourism Management and had multiple sideline jobs that cater to editing videos, scriptwriting, and more. I am currently working in the BPO industry in a campaign which handled healthcare professionals for over 7 months now and has been privileged to be upscaled from Tier 1 Chat Support to Tier 1 Payments Support. With this, I can for sure tell you that I am a determined individual with proof that I can cope with challenges and am hard-working to reach the client's expectations. Moreover, I can add ideas and context to a future role that I'll be in and hopefully provide better assistance to my clients. During the course of my college years, I had been part of a school's publishing group as the Senior Literary Editor and had managed to lead and grow at the same time while being part of the school's roster of departmental governors. With a bright mind like mine, I can handle jobs with proper customer and client satisfaction rooting on the client's objectives.
